What happens if the weather prevents a drone flight?
Safety comes first — if strong wind, rain, or low visibility make flying unsafe, we’ll reschedule the drone shoot for the next available day at no extra cost.
If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll only be charged for any completed work.
What if we cannot work together?
If, for any reason, we cannot take your project, we’ll gladly refer you to another trusted photo/video business that can handle the job.
Do you offer half-day or full-day bookings for events?
Yes — for events, half-day (5h) bookings are €400 and full-day (8-9h) bookings are €580. These rates apply to photography only.
If extra services such as video are required, a video charge will apply, and if hiring is required, the fee is based on the hired videographer’s offer, not Island Media’s.
Do you photograph and/or film boats and yachts?
Yes, and prices are the following:
1-2h filming is 140€
Half-day is 300€ (5h)
Food and water must be provided for half-day or full-day sessions.
*aerial filming included
Do you offer document photography?
No, due to the high rent for a small space it is not possible to offer such a service.
What are your prices for aerial photography?
Based on your needs, the location, and the amount of material you need, we can’t estimate a precise price, but prices start from 100 €.
Do you offer video services?
Yes, we do, but mostly aerial filming. While actual video will be available from late summer 2026, for small events only, and locally in Rovinj.
Do you also record DJ sets? How much?
Island Media offers the possibility to record your DJ set on multi-cam setups (drone incl.) in 4k resolution for YouTube, and then you can edit it for promotional reel content.
Prices for this start at 400€ depending on location, but recording in Istria is only 300€; outside Istria, a stay needs to be provided.

We offer SMM services in 3 different packages available at the end of the page.
Football clubs - message for a quotation
Depending on your needs, packages are crafted to meet your needs while delivering the agreed quality. And yes, such a service will require a signed agreement.
However, this is not available for restaurants and hotels.
And clients with unpaid debts are automatically redirected or fully detached from ALL our services.
Will you do weddings in 2026?
All weddings booked in 2025 with the non-refundable deposit of 30% paid and the agreement signed as stated in our terms, will be done. We’ll stop doing full-day weddings in 2026 for personal reasons.
However, we’ll keep doing small wedding sessions up to half a day (up to 5h).
I’m organising an event and need a photographer.
How much will it cost?
Every festival has a different price based on the type, duration, location/travel time, and the number of expected photographs, and your budget.
For reference, small 1- to 3h events locally, like Rovinj or Vrsar, go from 120-200€, but for a precise answer, send us a message.
Do you work outside Croatia?
Yes, available across the EU.
Travel within a 25km range is included in most projects, while longer trips will include a travel or accommodation fee if required. All drone operations follow local regulations, and we handle flight permissions whenever needed.
Drone filming - ask in advance. Depending on the country, getting a permit may take at least a week.
What do you do with my email when the project is complete?
Emails are fed to our MASSIVE AI called Johnny (just kidding LOL).
All emails are permanently deleted - none of the emails is used for ML, newsletters, or whatever marketing service there is.
Project complete - email deleted - everyone’s happy. Digital safety always comes first.
